Our group is equipped with 5 major computational clusters: Pixi&Dixi, MiddleEarth, Madagascar, Colosseum, Fenix, and several minor workstations. Altogether at the moment, we have about 436 cores to allocate our computational needs. Furthermore, we also have access and use the external computational resources available within the PL-Grid Infrastructure.
