Welcome

We have a long-term experience in modeling reactions of biological importance and elucidating their mechanism on the basis of obtained isotopic data coming from both theory and experiment.
Over the years our research group has performed numerous experimental measurements of isotope effects of hydrogen, carbon, nitrogen, oxygen, and chlorine on enzymatic reactions and their chemical models, and their theoretical evaluations based on the quantum-chemical calculations. This has helped to disentangle many complex reaction mechanisms as well as led to the development of software dedicated to calculations of isotope effects.
